Walnut Hull Dyed BFL Roving

Collected walnut hulls from back yard.  Took discarded hulls left by squirrels and, if I found an unopened walnut, I covered it with a paper towel and opened it with a hammer, took the green hull and left the shell for the squirrels to take the nutmeat.  No mordanting required because the color is so strong, but must be picked up with gloves to prevent staining your hands.
